Artisan-food's Martin Campbell gets to taste the £5000 Marmalade, explain about the marmalade competition and then tell everybody about the fantastic citrus themed artisan food that you will be able to taste at the festival. Jane Maggs helps presenter Diana Henry (The Sunday Telegraphs expert food writer) make marmalade, then Martin takes Diana's entry for the Marmalade competition to Cumbria!

The set is made to look like Borough Market, where Farmer Sharp and Peter Gott amongst other Cumbrians sell their produce each week.
